Windows Security

I see that Microsoft's new OS, Vista, has a large security vulnerability dealing with of all things the animated cursor. I thought that Vista was supposed to be so secure that we didn't have to worry about such things.
n
nIt appears that this vulnerability not only affects Vista, but it affects XP and windows 2000 editions. I thought that Vista was supposed to be a whole new rewrite of the code so that such things as this wouldn't affect all XP as well as Vista. Be careful of those Microsoft products, they are vulnerable to "drive-by" installations of malicious software.
n
nIn the long run I certainly hope information is the cure for fanaticism, but I am afraid information is more the cause than the cure.
