Values

In the past year, 30 percent of U.S. high school students have stolen from a store and 64 percent have cheated on a test

n
nAre these numbers better than they used to be, worse than they used to be or what? I don't know but there is more troubling information in this story.
n
n
93 percent of the students said they were satisfied with their personal ethics and character, and 77 percent affirmed that "when it comes to doing what is right, I am better than most people I know."

n
nThis is what is really scary. Even though they lie, cheat and steal, they still think they are good people. HOW IN THE WORLD DO THEY FIGURE THIS? How has our society degenerated so that you can think you are a good person even if you lie, cheat and steal?
n
nAnother perfect example of how our society has no values any more and its anything goes. I guess we don't have to wonder why there are so many criminals in either government or industry. We breed them.
