The latest storm brought more wind than snow to the area. Here, the calves are huddled under the bank out of the wind with only a couple of them showing. Any port in as storm you know. Taken 1/11/2007.

The Heifers and their calves that are back to their home are using this rock formation for shelter from the nasty wind and cold weather nature is inflicting on us right now. This calf was loath to come out of the shelter of the rocks with his mom to feed. I can't blame him.
