Colombian drug dealers turned puppies into couriers by surgically implanting them with packets of heroin, federal authorities said Wednesday.
Some of the ways they find to get drugs into the country are amazing but this is something else. I do like the irony of what is planned for one of the puppies that survived.
Colombian police said they adopted three dogs, one of which was being trained to sniff for drugs.
Turnabout is fair play I guess. This is just another example of the toll illegal drugs take on everybody and everything they touch.
