We gathered the replacement heifers today to preg check them on Saturday. I wanted to get them in early enough so I wouldn't be rushing. I though I would have no hired hand but now I do so it could have waited but what the hell, stick with your plans. Usually I like to get some pictures while I do something like this. It is so brown and dry I am having a hard time getting any inspiration for pictures. I will keep trying to get some while I work along but some rain and a little bit of green would sure help the monotonous colors out there. It will come, I just don't know when.
