Biscuit has been in and out of the Vet's office for 3 weeks now. He was in tough shape with kidney failure and a slow growing cancer on his leg. I thought he was getting better on his new diet and had the vet go ahead and cut out the cancer to see if he could be around a little longer. He came through the surgery fine but was never able to recover. He was in at the vets and wasn't doing well and the vet didn't think he was going to make it so we put him to sleep.
Biscuit was about 15 years old and had a good run. He loved chasing and catching mice, voles, pocket gophers and even a couple of months ago a rabbit. He was a mighty hunter and will be missed.
