Just a couple of pictures.
It might not look like much but we had around 9 inches of snow and this is the 12th of May. Unbelievable.
My Darling Wife always waits until May to get baby chicks because it is warmer for the chicks and easier to take care of. Who would have thought it would be as cold as it is. She picked these up Monday from the mail and it has been cold since. I have them under a heat lamp but have had two casualties so far and another one is not looking good. Hopefully when it warms up they will be in better shape.
I'm cold. I'm cold all over. Rub me in father and mother.
Fear was my father, Father Fear.
His look drained the stones.

A South Dakotan is complaining to his neighbor that every time he buys a batch of chicks, they die. The neighbor comes over to see if he can help, and promptly spots the problem, saying "You dummy! You plant them FEET down, not head down!"
