I know, any thing I say about ethanol is too late now but I found this piece very interesting. It's a foregone conclusion that the Governor is going to sign this boondoggle so I don't know what good this piece has but it's just another example of the problems with this mandate the Gov is so in love with.
The problems seem so easy out there on the stump. Deficits shrink with a rhetorical flourish. Hugh Sidey
