We wouldn't want some pesky little thing like accountability to plague our state government now would we? Naw, set standards and report how we've done. The Gov. Brian Schweitzer">The Second Coming wouldn't want anything like that. Why the agency in question might find out how good of job it's not doing. That wouldn't look good on our Governors resume now would it? Can't have that! Have to keep the people of Montana in the dark about how their tax money is spent.
