I see that Microsoft is coming out with a keyboard that has a built in fingerprint reader. I'm not to sure that this is a good idea. Are you going to trust a company with your fingerprint that designs software to send information back to the company about the Windows Media Player and movies you watch? What are they going to compile a database of what everybody watches and then will store the fingerprint to go along with it or is the next Windows offering going to require a fingerprint to get it to work? Maybe I am being a little paranoid here but this is just ripe for abuse.
