Complaining

I talked about this story earlier since it sounded very humorous to me. As usal people are complaining about the army doing these procedures. They say the milatary should spend money on "bullets, not boobs." If you are only talking about war I might agree but if you want to talk about beauty, bullets vs. boobs, no way.

I've got no problem with military doctors practising specialized skills such as this on GIs - as long as it's not done for 'free' (at taxpayer expense). I think anyone getting such a procedure should have to pay expenses (materials, drugs, etc.), and do it on their own time ('on leave' from active duty). Otherwise, if some female GI is going to get a boob job at taxpayers expense, I think the taxpayers are entitled to see the results!

I wish I could find more info on this. I was a photographer my first 4 years in the service. One of my duties, was to do the, "before," and, "after," photos for plastic surgery. The only "boob jobs" I saw then were the ones where the woman had a deformity. Believe me, until then I didn't realize how many women are born with weird boobs. One lady had ONE undeveloped breast. There were cases of inverted nipples and one case where one breast was growing about 3" lower than the other. There were also patients needing nose jobs and ear jobs but they were extreme cases. On the other hand, this is the ARMY we're talking about now.

One more thing: If I were electing to have plastic surgery (especially breast implants) I would shell-out the money for one of the best docs in the biz. I wouldn't let some doctor right out of school "practice" on me.

What does this say about our young women today? Free college after serving doesn't work well enough, so we offer them free vanity services that will?

I had enhanced boobs 4 times - when I nursed the 4 children. I experienced it, I enjoyed it for a time, and now I am happy with the nice little changes older age makes. Nature is a wonderful thing.

Hey, I was in the Air Farce. We always knew there were a lot of big boobs in the Army.
