I don't know where that coyote hides. Maybe behind and under the rocks, because I don't even see any brush!

I just wondered where he would go if he had to make a run for it. There doesn't seem to be much cover there -- nowhere to hide!

Ha! I had one run in front of me on the way to Red Lodge the other morning. Too quick to grab the camera as I was driving. I did "shoot" a deer & some turkeys later.

I've never visited Montana, as an adult anyway; perhaps when I was very young with my parents we might have dropped in for a few miles. Anyway, just from this one photo, I want to visit. Beautiful photo! I even like the coyote!

Thanks for the compliment. I was just going for a shot of the coyote and later looked at the picture and decided it was nice to.
