It appears THE LOSER is gone. I don't know if he did it or Yahoo took him done but there is no evidence of him per se (Just for you Craig). Irregardless ( again just for you Craig) I am happy to see him disappear. I did hear from Yahoo on the issue and filled out their compliant form so Yahoo gets a thumbs up for following through.
Thanks everybody for the support and help on this issue. Also a big hi to one of THE LOSER's friends, CindyDianne, who stopped by and plans on sticking around. I welcome her, it's not her fault what happened and everybody is welcome here.
All living souls welcome whatever they are ready to cope with; all else they ignore, or pronounce to be monstrous and wrong, or deny to be possible. George Santayana

Loser Update
Moisture
Why is it the moment I bring the heifers home to calve it decides to get wet around here. Over the weekend we had a little moisture and yesterday it decided to snow a little more again.

It made things miserable and wet around here. I guess the moisture is good so I shouldn't complain but it sure makes calving the heifers tough. The pen I keep the heavy heifers in to watch gets fairly muddy when it's like this which makes it miserable on the animals and me. Not much I can do about it but struggle through though. What a pain.

My Darling Wife took it upon herself to contact THE LOSER's "friends" about the situation. Here is a copy of those she could contact.
HI
I noticed that you are a friend of Tony of the Hired Hand blog. I thought that you would like to know that all of his posts on ranching and cowboying are plagiarized from this blog. http://nowherethoughts.net/sarpysam/
Sarpy Sam speaks further about his here. http://nowherethoughts.net/sarpysam/archives/1534-Identity-Theft.html
There is very convincing evidence to support this.
I truly doubt that he is a true cowboy because a real cowboy would never stoop to this level.
I am not looking to cause trouble for anyone but thought that you should be aware of the situation.
Sam's Darling Wife
I have yet to hear from THE LOSER or Yahoo for that matter about the situation. I am patiently waiting to hear from either. Not much else I can do at this point.
We're waiting for the pendulum to swing back again, which I am absolutely confident it will. Don Bluth

Montana Governor Out to Destroy the Cattle Industry
Isn't the decision those in power make just wonderful sometimes. The federal government tells ranchers they have to control brucellosis or face severe restrictions on their abilities to move cattle across state lines like our friends in Idaho and Wyoming recently found out. Yet Gov. Brian Schweitzer decides that letting possibly infected bison roam lose in the State and put our whole cattle industry at stake of severe restrictions from the Federal Government.
With agriculture being the number one industry in our state how smart is it to endanger a large part of that industry in such a callous way? Idaho and Wyoming have both discovered domestic cattle can get brucellosis from wild animals, are Montana's cattle somehow immune from this happening to them too? I don't think so. This might be a politically popular decision for someone to make who has Presidential ambitions but it is a poor decision to make for the state of Montana. Schweitzer needs to take care of our state first and not his and Sirota's political ambitions.
There is danger from all men. The only maxim of a free government ought to be to trust no man living with power to endanger the public liberty. John Adams
