A 16-year-old girl whose purse was stolen from a local pool conned the thief into giving it back and set her up to be caught by police at the same time.
This is an example of thinking quick on your feet. Negotiate with the people that stole your purse to get it back. Talk them down from $200 dollars to $50. Then at the exchange have the police nab them. Great story. I love it.
