A Psalm of David.
1 The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures:
he leadeth me beside the still waters. Rev. 7.17
3 He restoreth my soul:
he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil: for thou art with me;thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies:
thou anointest my head with oil;my cup runneth over.
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life:
and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.
In memory of my Uncle Willard

Probably the one thing I can say about him was nobody was a stranger in his book. There were just friends he had not made yet. Very outgoing, fun loving man. If you've ever seen Bonanza, you've met my Uncle Willard. He looked and acted a lot like Hoss.
I was supposed to be in Alaska with my Mom and my Uncle Dale and Aunt Diane right now; on a trip we'd been planning together for more than 2 years. On May 19, Dale who hadn't been feeling very well the past month, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
AK trip cancelled and I'm sitting over here in Helena waiting the call to head to Minnesota on a much sadder journey...
My Uncle Dale is very much like your Uncle Willard. Special. Very, very special.
I dread going to Minnesota...
