Japan is conducting tests on a 20-month-old steer suspected of having mad cow disease, a top government official said on Monday, and the case could have wide repercussions on Tokyo's beef trade policy if confirmed.
So, is there something to this or is it just another ploy to keep US beef out of Japan? If this were confirmed it would throw out the door quite a few assumptions about BSE. At this point it is just wait and see how further testing goes.
Let us not be content to wait and see what will happen, but give us the determination to make the right things happen. Horace Mann
