The above is the last of the scrubs from last year he still has on hand. I would have never bet the garbage he bought would ever look this good and I and if I did bet I would have lost. Damn fine looking critter if you ask me.
These are this year calves settling down and looking really nice in the Kansas sun. He said that none had been sick so far and they were doing really well. He is going to pick out 100 of the best and really push them to see how fast he can get them fat. Needs a little return on his money I suppose.
All the pictures can be found here that he sent. The calves sure are looking good and I hope they do well for him. A steady buyer is always nice.

We were fortunate in the PanHandle of Nebraska this year. We got more rain than we have had for a long time, & the sandhills, & pastures produced belly-high grass, & all the cattle look fat & sassy.
P.S.--I agree with you about the red bull--nice, but I would have made him a steer. Mary O.
