I find it interesting that at this time of spiraling energy prices and calls for greener energy, Federal Congressmen want to get the Federal Government involved in allowing wind farms to be built. Why you may ask. Because States don't care about the birds that are killed at wind farms, at least that's the official explanation. I personally think it's politicians overriding desire to control everything in our lives.
