90-year-old's wheelchair stolen
Maybe somebody out there could explain to me why someone would steal a wheelchair. This just totally baffles me.

Flowers are starting to show their color. I guess that means spring is here. This comes up in a sheltered flower bed against a cement wall so it gets a lot more heat and warmth than the average spot around here. Still, spring has sprung. Taken 3/7/2006.

Wheelchair theft happened regularly at senior housing highrises in my state until they started restricting access to buildings more closely (which they should have been doing in the first place to protect residents). Still happens though.
