Damn it was hot yesterday. I had to go to town to get the cut up horse yesterday and the bank sign said it was 108. To hot for me. I had to pick up a part for the swather in town too. I scavenged a piece from another piece of equipment to keep it working but it's always nice to get the right part.

Broke Down
Funny thing was, when I left to get the horse some haying was going on and when I got home I found not 1 but 2 tractors were broke down. All the tractor power on the place. Called the dealer and found out he blew me off on the one tractor that was all ready broke and hadn't planned on sending someone to fix it. After I ripped some of the people there a new one someone will be out first thing in the morning to fix both tractors. I hate having to get mean but it's necessary sometimes.
If we get a tractor working haying will continue. The hay over on the Sarpy side is as heavy as I've ever seen. To get it to dry we are having to use the windrow inverter to turn the hay over and let some air to the bottom of the windrow. Once we do that it finally finished drying. The hay is getting awful mature so it's not as good of hay as it could be but it will make cow feed in the winter. As I say it's better than a snowball.

I certainly hope you get a repairman today to fix your tractors. Sounds like a horrible day, and hot to boot. The horse does look happy back home, though.
