I can't fathom this, 33% of the children are having sex at the age of 10. This is one of those many situations in the world that I wish I knew the answer to. I don't, but I do know this is wrong. Somebody I'm sure will come up with the bright idea of throwing money at the problem but I don't think that's the answer. What is the answer I don't know but thinking about this brings tears to my eyes.
