End of a Carrer

Retirements abound. I mentioned the other day that my step father retired and now I read in the paper that a couple of great athletes are retiring and they will be sorely missed from the sport. These guys give their all every time they compete and are definitely at the top of their sport and will be missed. Who are these great athletes?

Blueberry Wine
Little Yellow Jacket and Blueberry Wine are going to retire after the PBR finals this year. How sad, both are great bucking bulls and it will be sad to see them go. They will be used to breed some of the next great champions which will be great. I will really miss seeing Blueberry Wine. He is the little bull that could. I don't think he ever got the respect he deserved but he is one of the best.

They look upon retirement as something between euthanasia and castration. Leon A Danco

Sure wouldn't want to see either of those boys in with our cows though!
They'll have a pampered retirement, I'd bet.

I agree with you but if your goal was raising bucking bulls they would be the bulls you would want.

little yellow jacket i thought was the best bull out there, no wounder he got bull of the year.. you cant find aa bull with that much talent around here.. :-)

We have a neighbor who runs Corrientes. Another thing that you don't want to see in with the girls. We had two speckled calves a few years ago.

But yes, those two are handsome guys for what they're bred for! Quite a bit of $ invested in that beef.

i will miss these bulls so much.
little yellow jackets stage presence was so great!
they made me a PBR fan no question about it.
