Experts worry that present rules may make sex criminals more dangerous. For once I can understand what they are talking about. By marginalizing them so they really have nothing to lose by re-commiting the crimes. But if they wouldn't have done some low down despicable deed they wouldn't have to worry about being an outcast of society now would they.
So, the question is, what's the answer. Another story in the Gazette leads us to one idea, keep them in jail longer. that's not too bad of idea, I do have one other idea though that would even be better.

yep, that would solve the problem. Seems like rehapbilitation isn't a very good prospect for most of them.
